Four things make it much faster to fix. Send what you have:
- what you were trying to do, in your own words;
- what happened instead, including any message you were shown — word for word if you can;
- roughly when it happened, and the class or material it was about;
- a screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Please do not send learners’ names or marks in a support message. Describe the record — “the Grade 7 attendance for Monday” — and we will find it without them.
